Objection-handling FAQ section

Write a FAQ that does real selling work: it answers the hesitations that stop people from clicking, honestly and briefly, in the order they come up.

Task: writing a landing page FAQ that handles objectionsBest in: AnyFormat: single promptPack: Landing page copy, section by section

What you'll fill in

  • [message brief] Your message brief or offer/audience summary, including objections e.g. “Objections: cost, switching effort, e-commerce expertise...”
  • [offer facts] Hard facts: price, contract terms, refund/cancel policy, what is and is not included, timelines, data/security practices e.g. “$249-$599/month by order volume; month-to-month; first month refundable; read-only access; no sales tax filing”
  • [real questions] Questions prospects actually ask (from calls, emails, chat). Optional but valuable. e.g. “Do you work with Amazon too? What if I am behind by 6 months?”

Example output

Hesitations: fit (Amazon too?), effort (switching), effort (behind on books), price, risk (cancel), trust (data access), fit (sales tax), timing (when do I see results). Do you only work with Shopify stores? Yes. Shopify is all we do, which is why payout reconciliation is routine for us. If you also sell on Amazon, [CONFIRM: whether Amazon channels are supported]. I'm six months behind. Can you still take me on?

Landing page message brief (interview mode)

Start here. The AI interviews you about your offer, audience and objections, then compiles a one-page message brief that every later prompt in the pack builds on.

Step 1 — Get interviewed
You are a senior conversion copywriter preparing to write a landing page. Before writing any copy, you need a clear message brief.

Here is what I have so far:
- Offer: [offer]
- Audience: [audience]
- The one action I want visitors to take: [page goal]
- Raw notes: [raw notes]

Interview me to fill the gaps. Ask me up to 10 questions, one short numbered list, covering:
1. The specific moment or trigger that makes someone go looking for this.
2. What they have tried before and why it disappointed them.
3. The top 3 outcomes they actually want (in their words, not ours).
4. The top 3 objections or fears that stop them from acting.
5. What makes this offer different from the obvious alternatives (including doing nothing).
6. What proof I genuinely have: testimonials, numbers, case studies, guarantees, credentials.
7. Price, risk reversal and what happens right after they click.

Skip any question my notes already answer, and tell me which ones you skipped. Do not write any landing page copy yet.
Step 2 — Compile the brief
Thanks. Using my answers above plus the original notes, compile a one-page landing page message brief with these headings:

- Audience in one sentence (who, situation, trigger)
- Core promise (one sentence, concrete outcome, no hype words)
- Top 3 desired outcomes (customer language, quoted where I gave you real phrases)
- Top 3 objections and the honest answer to each
- Differentiators vs. alternatives (including doing nothing)
- Proof inventory: list ONLY the proof I actually gave you; mark gaps as [NEED PROOF: ...]
- Offer details: price, what is included, risk reversal, next step after the click
- Words to use / words to avoid
- Open questions I still need to answer

Keep it under 450 words. Flag anything you inferred rather than heard from me with "(assumption)". This brief will be pasted into every later prompt, so make it scannable.

FAQ

Does this prompt work in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini?

Yes. It is plain-language and written to work in all three. Best fit: Any. This works equally well in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini; accuracy depends on the facts you supply.

What do I need to fill in?

Replace each bracket with your own details: [message brief], [offer facts], [real questions]. The more specific your input, the more useful the result.

Is this prompt free?

It is part of the Landing page copy, section by section pack ($14, one-time), which includes 8 prompts. The $59 All-Access Bundle includes every pack.

Will I get the same result as the example?

No. The example was made for a fictional business to show the shape and quality of the output. Your result depends on your input and the model, so review and edit before you use it.

Do I need a paid AI plan?

Usually not. Free plans handle most prompts. Paid plans help when you paste in long documents or run a long multi-step sequence in one chat.
