These terms apply when you use promptsforbusiness.com (the "site") or buy a prompt pack from MDO3D ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying, you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

Prompt packs are digital text templates for use with third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. We deliver them by email as a Markdown file (opens in any text editor, Notion, Google Docs or Word). We do not provide, operate or control any AI tool, and you need your own account with one.

2. Your license

  • When you buy a pack you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its prompts for yourself and inside your own business or organization, including with your colleagues and clients' work.
  • You may edit the prompts however you like.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, publish or give away the prompts (edited or not) as prompts, templates or a prompt collection, or upload them to a prompt marketplace.
  • Free prompts on the site may be used the same way. You may quote or link to them with credit.

3. What you create

The content you generate with our prompts belongs to you, subject to the terms of the AI tool you use. You are responsible for how you use it.

4. No guarantee of results

Prompts are templates. Output depends on your input, the AI model and settings, and AI tools can produce errors, outdated facts or content that infringes others' rights. Review, fact-check and edit all output before you use it. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or professional advice. Example outputs on the site were generated for fictional businesses and are illustrations only.

5. Payments

Prices are shown in USD and are one-time payments. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive your full card number. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

6. Refunds

See our refund policy: a full refund on request within 14 days of purchase.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the site or our prompts to break the law, to deceive people (for example, fake reviews or impersonation), to send spam, or in ways that violate the AI provider's usage policies. Don't attempt to disrupt or scrape the site.

8. Changes and availability

We may update prompts, packs, prices and these terms. Changes to the terms apply from the date posted and don't affect purchases already made. We may discontinue a pack; you keep what you already received.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the site and prompts are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the output of third-party AI tools.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we are established, unless the law of your country requires otherwise. Questions: hello@promptsforbusiness.com.
