This policy explains what MDO3D ("we") collects when you use promptsforbusiness.com or buy a pack. Short version: we collect as little as we can.

Browsing the site

The site currently runs no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies. Our host (Vercel) and DNS/CDN provider (Cloudflare) process standard technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and protect the site. Copying a prompt happens in your browser; we do not see what you paste into any AI tool.

Buying a pack

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details and shares with us your name, email address, country/postal code (for tax) and what you bought. We never receive your full card number. We use your email to deliver your pack, send your receipt, handle refunds and, for the All-Access Bundle, send packs added later. We don't sell your data and we don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.

If you email us, we keep the conversation to help you and to keep records of support and refunds.

Retention

We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically up to 7 years) and support emails for up to 3 years, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, subject to records we must keep by law. Email hello@promptsforbusiness.com. If you are in the EU/UK or California, you have rights under GDPR/UK GDPR or CCPA/CPRA, and you can complain to your data protection authority.

Children

The site is for business use and not directed at children under 16.
