Refund Policy

If a pack isn't useful to you, email hello@promptsforbusiness.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked, no forms.

• Include the email address you used at checkout (or forward your Stripe receipt).
• We process refunds through Stripe, usually within two business days. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
• The All-Access Bundle is refunded in full within the same 14-day window.
• If you didn't receive your pack, that's on us: tell us and we'll send it right away, or refund you if you prefer.
• After 14 days, email us anyway if something went wrong. We'll be reasonable.

We ask that you stop using and delete the prompts from a refunded pack. Repeated buy-and-refund use may lead us to decline future orders.
