You walk away with: A complete call-prep kit: prospect brief, question list, agenda, objection plan, practice run and follow-up email.
For: Founders, account executives and consultants who run discovery or sales calls and never have enough time to prepare.Time: about 15 minutes per callBest in: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini

What's inside (8 prompts)

  1. 1. One-page prospect research brief Free
Use this 10 minutes before a call. Paste the prospect's website copy, LinkedIn About section and any notes, and get a one-page brief that tells you what they do, what they likely care about and where you fit.
  2. 2. Tailored discovery call question list Free
Use this after your research brief to get a prioritized list of open-ended discovery questions tailored to this prospect, grouped by stage of the call, with the reason behind each question.
  3. 3. Call agenda and first 60 seconds
Use this when you want the call to feel organized from the first minute. You get a timed agenda you can share, plus a natural opening script that sets expectations and earns permission to ask questions.
  4. 4. Objection handling prep (two-step) 2 steps
Use this before a call where price, timing or a competitor is likely to come up. First the model predicts the objections this prospect is likely to raise. Then it drafts honest responses and clarifying questions you can actually say.
  5. 5. Sales call role-play with feedback (three-step) 3 steps
Use this when a call really matters. The AI plays your prospect, with realistic resistance, for a practice run. Then it steps out of character and scores how you did against the skills that matter.
  6. 6. Buying committee and stakeholder map
Use this when a deal involves more than one decision-maker. Paste your notes and email threads to get a map of who is involved, what each person cares about, and gaps in your coverage.
  7. 7. Value hypothesis and talk track
Use this when you are moving from discovery to presenting. It turns what you learned about the prospect into a short, personalized talk track that connects their problems to your solution, in their own words.
  8. 8. Post-call follow-up email and CRM notes (two-step) 2 steps
Use this right after a call. Paste your rough notes or the transcript, and get clean CRM notes and a follow-up email that recaps what you heard and confirms the next step, ready in two minutes.

One-page prospect research brief

Fill in: [prospect company] [contact name and role] [pasted research] [what you sell]

The prompt
You are a senior account executive helping me prepare for a sales call. Build a one-page prospect brief using ONLY the research I paste below. You do not have live access to the internet unless browsing is turned on, so do not invent facts, funding, headcount or customers. If something is not in the material, write "Unknown — ask on the call."

Prospect company: [prospect company]
Person I am meeting: [contact name and role]
What I sell: [what you sell]

Research (pasted):
"""
[pasted research]
"""

Produce the brief with these sections:
1. Company in two sentences — what they sell, to whom, and how they seem to make money.
2. Signals worth noticing — 3 to 5 specific details from the research (new product, hiring, expansion, a complaint, a priority the contact posts about). Quote or cite the line each one comes from.
3. Likely priorities for [contact name and role] — 3 bullets, each labelled "Stated" (in the source) or "Inferred" (your reasoning, with one line on why).
4. Where we might fit — 2 or 3 plausible problems my offer could solve for them, ranked by how strongly the research supports it.
5. Risks and unknowns — what could make this a poor fit, and the facts I still need.
6. Three conversation openers that reference something specific from the research, without sounding like I stalked them.

Keep the whole brief under 400 words. Use short bullets. Be honest when the evidence is thin.

Tailored discovery call question list

Fill in: [prospect brief] [what you sell] [call length minutes] [qualification must haves]

The prompt
Act as an experienced sales coach who trains reps to run consultative discovery calls. Using the prospect brief below, write the discovery questions I should ask on a [call length minutes]-minute call.

What I sell: [what you sell]
What I must learn to qualify this deal: [qualification must haves]

Prospect brief:
"""
[prospect brief]
"""

Requirements:
- Group questions into: Opening and context (2-3), Current situation (3-4), Pain and impact (3-4), Decision process and timing (2-3), and Next step (1-2).
- Every question must be open-ended (no yes/no) and specific to this prospect. Reference details from the brief where it helps.
- After each question, add a short "Why ask:" note in italics-style brackets, e.g. [Why ask: confirms whether the stockout was a one-off].
- For the two most important pain questions, add one follow-up probe each ("If they say X, ask Y").
- Mark the 5 questions I must not skip with a ★ so I can prioritize if time runs short.
- Do not include questions that only pitch my product.
- End with a 2-line reminder of what a good outcome for this call looks like.

Keep it scannable. I will have this open during the call.

Questions

What exactly do I get?

8 copy-paste prompts (some are multi-step sequences) with fill-in [brackets], the goal of each prompt, the model it suits best, tips and an example output. It arrives as a Markdown file (opens in any text editor, Notion, Google Docs or Word).

Which AI do I need?

Any of ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. This pack suits Claude, then ChatGPT, then Gemini best. Free plans handle most prompts; very long pasted inputs work better on paid plans with longer context.

How long does it take?

About 15 minutes per call in one session, depending on how much context you paste in and how much you edit.

Will it work for my business?

The prompts are templates. They work because you fill in your own details, but results vary with your input and the model, so always review the output. If the pack is not useful to you, ask for a refund.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
